Former Waratah Nick Phipps lists Cremorne investment

Former NSW Waratahs scrum-half Nick Phipps is offloading his Cremorne investment, having moved to the UK to play for London Irish.

Phipps paid $590,000 for the two-bedroom unit in 2012.

Ray White Lower North Shore agents Lewis Adams and Mary-Jane Hamer have a $900,000 guide for its November 28 auction.

Phipps and his partner, Macquarie banker Ebony Bamford, called Queens Park home, after paying $2,105,000 for an 1890s terrace two years ago.

Last year they spent $1.7 million on the adjoining terrace. Both are now leased.
