Former Voice contestant turned We Love Jam Studios producer Laura-Leigh Smith has spent $680,000 on her first Sydney apartment.

She snapped up the two bedroom apartment in just two days of it hitting the market.

Morton Woolloomooloo agents Noel Jenkins and Joshua Thomas marketed the apartment as a unique New York loft style apartment.

The reconfigured 49 sqm apartment in a warehouse conversion last traded for $420,000 in 2010.

Smith appeared on the popular talent show in 2014 singing Christina Aguilera's Reflection from the Disney film Mulan.

Joel Madden was the only judge to turn around.
