Former Vaucluse home of Neville Wran listed

A Vaucluse home previously owned in the 1960s by the barrister turned-Premier of New South Wales Neville Wran has been listed for sale.

The original 1920s-era home of the late medico Dr Susan Pang goes to October 8 auction with $3.5 million hopes.

Set on the Ampitheatre Estate subdivision of 1920, the 650-square-metre property was purchased by the late Neville Wran who paid £13,000 for it in 1961.

He sold it five years later for $40,000.

The property last traded in 1993 for $890,000
