Former Stockland boss Matthew Quinn and wife Julie are on the move again in Kirribilli.

They've listed the luxury terrace bought just 14 months ago, deciding they will likely spend most of their time at Gladys, their 1880s Berry cottage which cost $710,000 in 2014.

The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment cost $2,602,000 having had a guide of $2.45 million.

It's now back up for sale through McGrath Neutral Bay agents Nigel Mukhi and Jordan Black.

Quinn and wife Julie were downsizing at the time, selling their nearby four level waterfront for $7.2 million.

Quinn retired from Stockland Group in 2012 as one of the longest-serving chief executives in the property sector.
