Former Socceroo turned property developer Jason Culina and his interior designer wife Terri, pulled their Lindfield offering from its scheduled weekend auction.

The property has since gone under offer.

It was one of just 33 withdrawals across Sydney, according to CoreLogic, compared to 101 on the same Saturday last year.

It was a rebuild project Culina had not got around to doing.

There are plans for a modern five-bedroom home with a pool, cabanas — and even a soccer field.

A five-bedroom 1920s home sits on the 1355 square metre parcel that was bought for $2.35 million last year.

Stone Real Estate had a guide of $2.5 million to $2.7 million for the twice-delayed auction.

Culina, who played 58 games for the Socceroos, has previously completed residential projects in Putney and Denham Court.

After retiring in 2013, he and Terri founded property staging and styling website 80 Spaces.

Following that they set up Culina Design Group.
