Former Home And Away actor Cameron Welsh and his partner, TV producer Julie McGauran, have made the move from Coogee to Clovelly.

They have paid $4.4 million for an 1890s grand Victorian residence that has been extensively renovated since trading for $2.37 million in 2014.

They are upgrading from their renovated 1920s Coogee home, which sold for $2.62 million.

McGuaran had been based in Coogee since 2005 when she paid $798,000, not long before she left her role as series producer of Home And Away.
