Former Australian cricketer Shane Watson and his sports reporter wife Lee have listed their Bronte trophy home overlooking the beach. They want $10 million.

The couple were the surprise buyers of the $9 million home after buying in late 2014 when they upgraded from their Caringbah South waterfront that they sold for $3,925,000 the same month.

The four-bedroom home has views of both Bronte and Tamarama.

There are ocean views from nearly every room, says Ray White agent Ashley Bierman.

The couple have signalled they will downsize to spend more time between Sydney and Brisbane.

Watson, who has been billed the highest paid Australian cricketer over recent times by Forbes, married Lee in 2010.

The couple have a son Will, 4, and daughter Matilda, 2.
