Former Chanel PR boss Gail Davidson and adman partner buy Christian Ainsworth's Palm Beach weekender

The former Chanel PR supremo Gail Davidson and adman Mike Hale have bought back at Palm Beach.

It is the dress circle beachfront weekender (above and below) bought for $3,025,000 from Christian Ainsworth, of the Aristocrat pokie machine family, who had paid $3,425,000 in 2013.

Ainsworth is the youngest son of billionaire Aristocrat poker machine founder Len.

The London-based couple sold their hillside Palm Beach retreat to Macquarie Bank's head of personal banking, Ben Perham and film maker Kate Riedl for $6 million late last year.

The north-facing house, accessed via inclinator, came with 500 sq m internal space had been stylishly furnished by Davidson in the two decades since it sold for $1.1 million.

Hale, who holds the position of non-executive chairman of Aeorema Communications Plc, previously headed The Hale Agency and before that time at Young & Rubicam and Saatchi and Saatchi.
