Located at 10 Alexander Street, the Old Post Office has an interesting past.

It was last sold in 2006 for $278,250.

It has also been also sold at $220,000 in 2003, $190,000 in 1997 and $180,000 in 1994.

The post office was moved in 2007 and the property had since become a general shop then residence.

It features the last remaining hitching rail, which has been refurbished, and contains nine main rooms not including two bathrooms, kitchen and so on.

It features original features such as four panel doors, expansive hallways and Tasmanian hardwood flooring.

Situated on a quarter acre block the property has a garden along with workshop and garaging.
