Former ABC chairman Justin Milne and Anna Cicognani have sold Erinagh, their Rozelle home for $4,975,000.

It came with a $5.19 million asking price after it was pulled from August auction.

The original late 1800s farmhouse and period cottage, which the couple joined together over their near two-decade ownership, had been heading to auction with a guide of $4.8 million.

They paid $1.15 million in 2000. Cobden & Hayson Balmain agents Danny Cobden and Samantha Elvy had the listing.

The couple own an investment property across the road.

The couple plan to spend more time in the Southern Highlands where they have spent $5.1 million on a 37 hectare cattle farm at Kangaloon with a homestead designed by Richard Rowe.

five-bedroom home held the previous $4.1 million record at 23 Margaret Street when sold in January 2018.
