Foley House, Toowong sold for $2.55 million

Foley House at Toowong has been sold through McGrath Estate Agents for $2.55 million.

It was bought by an Australian expat couple living in Singapore.

Alex Jordan and Frazer Watson sold it to the couple who viewed the home via a WhatsApp video.

The 1916 estate last traded in 2000.

The 75 Woodstock Road property had previously sold for $500,000.

Set on 1,465 sqm of prime land on three lots, it is a stroll to cafés, schools and public transport.

The six bedroom, four bathroom features leadlight glass detailed windows and French doors as well as a pool.
