Ex-Broncos coach Anthony Seibold sells Paddington home
The former Brisbane Broncos coach Anthony Seibold has flipped his Paddington home, a stones throw from Suncorp Stadium.
Seibold found a buyer in just seven days for the luxury architect designed home that he bought for $1.9 million just 18 months ago when he returned to Queensland following his departure from the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
McGrath Paddington agents Alex Jordan and Reuben Packer-Hill asked for offers over $2.15 million, and secured $2.3 million.
The contemporary home near Rosalie village has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a rumpus and a glass wine cellar.
The luxury kitchen with butlers' pantry features a wide servery window which runs to the alfresco area with built in barbecue.
That meets the rear lawn and swimming pool.
There's a rooftop entertaining terrace with views across Brisbane.
Last year Seibold and wife Hollie offloaded their investment property near the Gold Coast for $485,000, having bought it for $261,000 in 2009, the same year it was built.
They were based in Wales at the time where Anthony was the assistant coach at the new Welsh rugby league club the Celtic Crusaders.
