World champion swimming sisters Bronte and Cate Campbell are selling their apartment in Bowen Hills they lived in together, having both upgraded to their own homes recently.

They're happy to cover their losses on the apartment that cost them $347,500 in 2013.

It's listed at $345,000 through Place New Farm agent Alex Rutherford.

Set in the Skyline Terrace complex, the two bedroom apartment with study nook and balcony is being marketed for investors or first home buyers.

Last year Bronte paid $895,000 for a Queenslander in Cooparoo and earlier this year Cate bought a Morningside home for $890,000.

The sisters were the first Australian siblings on the same Olympic swimming team since the 1972 Olympics.

Cate has won gold in the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics, while Bronte, the younger of the two, won gold at Rio in 2016.
