Entrepreneur Jennifer Zanich has downsized from Kurraba Point, settling on an apartment in Potts Point.

The Paloma Mobile co-founder has paid $1.98 million for a contemporary Challis Avenue apartment in the Tonkin Zulaikha Greet designed building.

Marketed as a house-like residence by Di Jones selling agents Jeremy Brink, the double height apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Garage-style operable doors open to an urban rooftop garden.

Zanich sold her four bedroom Shellcove Road home for $8.11 million after asking $7 million plus.

She had owned it since 1998 when she paid $2.42 million.

Last year Zanich took over as managing partner at US start-up lab Stacked Venture Builder.
