Renovated in a mid-century style, the home with timber exterior and new concrete flooring has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Fletchers Yarra Ranges agent Richard Wines has a $1.27 million to $1.39 million guide.

Alongside being the executive producer of his new show, Schepisi will spend some time on architecture projects while in Los Angeles.
