Emma Kemeny sells Bellevue Hill home

Emma Kemeny, founder of Australia's largest independent liqour retailer Kemeny's, has sold her long held Bellevue Hill home. 

She's owned the three level home for nearly three decades, having paid $1.75 million in 1990.

Set on the exclusive Bulkara Road dress circle, the Spanish mission style home combined with Art Deco finishes comes with four bedrooms.

The home offers harbour and city views from its outdoor living areas which overlook the saltwater swimming pool.

The home sold after 11 days on the market.

Emma runs Kemeny's with her sons Andrew and Gabriel. 

The retailer celebrated its 55th year two years ago.
