Designer Jayden Zernich, founder of creative agency Condensed, sold his recently renovated three-bedroom Albert Park home.
The Edwardian home on Richardson Street sold for $3.09 million after it was passed in at auction with just the one bidder.
Marshall White had three registered bidders, but the property passed in for $2,925,000.
The buyer was an expat.
There had been price guidance of $2,850,000 to $2,950,000 through Marshall White who offered three comparable sales.
