West Coast Eagles star Nic Naitanui is set to make a big loss on his former Perth home.

The Swan View residence, which became an $800 a week rental following his upgrade in 2016, cost $1,285,000 in 2012, shortly after he was named as the All-Australian Team starting ruckman.

It is now asking for offers over $900,000.

The two level entertainer on an 855 square metre hilltop parcel north east of Perth has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a theatre room and a rear swimming pool.

Swan Real Estate agents Trevor and Gabriella Black have the listing.

Naitanui, who made his debut for the Eagles in 2009 after being the number two draft pick a year earlier, upgraded homes in 2016.

He spent $3 million on a five bedroom home with swimming pool in Mount Lawley (pictured below).
