Dural trophy home sells for $5.6 million

A Dural trophy home has been sold at auction for $5.6 million.

Located at 3 Carters Road, the enormous residence features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two garages, level lawns, a tennis court, spa, infinity pool, fireplace, billiard room, bar, and fully equipped cinema.

It is located on a 1.66 hectare block, and has 708 square meters of internal floorspace.

Rolling Stone Landscapes designed the house.

Built in 2004, it previously sold in 2014 for $4,900,000.

Dural's median house price is $1,517,500.
