After almost 700 days on the market, the Duffys Forest acreage of outdoor advertising boss Ray Balcomb and his wife Julie has been sold.

They undertook a substantial upgrade of the equestrian facilities, and added the main residence, landscaped garden and pool.

The sale price remains undisclosed by Sotheby’s Harriet France and Sydney Country Living’s Shayne Hutton, but it was on offer for more than $10 million.

It tops the Terrey Hills high of $9.5 million set in 2012 by the mansion known as Symingtonia.

The Wyong Road property was bought by the Balcombs for a then suburb high of $4 million in 2003 from Morgan & Banks co-founder Geoff Morgan.

The stable complex at this property is considered one of Sydney's finest private facilities.
