A dairy farm in Drouin has sold for $2.1 million.

Comprising 91 hectares, the property is divided into 41 two hectare paddocks, with a central laneway and water to all from a spring fed dam.

It currently milks up to 180 cows and features a hay shed and machinery shed.

The main homestead is a fully renovated three bedroom home with a brand new kitchen and ensuite.

It was sold by Harcourts agent John Rowe after having initial $2.3 million hopes when first listed in 2014.
