Melbourne's top weekend auction offering was passed in at $6 million in Armadale at Marshall White auction.

The home on the Munro Estate is around two years old, a collaboration between architect Drew Cole, the late designer Stuart Rattle and landscape designer Paul Bangay.

Defined by contemporary European elegance, the four bedroom house sits on 580 square metres at 27 Munro Street.

The lower level accommodates a large cinema or store room, wine storage and five-car garage.

It last traded late last year a $6.08 million.

It was marketed by Mark Harris at Marshall White for weekend auction with $5.7 million plus expectations.
