A newly-designed Toorak trophy home by architect Drew Cole has been sold after being listed with $7.5 million plus hopes.

Scott Patterson and Michael Armstrong from Kay Burton secured the sale of the four bedroom, four bathroom home.

It comes an internal lift which spans the three level house.

There is a 12 seat home cinema at 4 Woorigoleen Road.

It was last traded when the 1950s house on its 616 sqm block was sold in early 2014 by Peter Benison at Marshall White & Co at $3,075,000. 

The latest sale price has gone undisclosed sold at private auction. 

The median house price for a four bedroom house in Toorak stands at just over $4 million.
