A Hollywood Hills-style mansion in Greenwich has hit the market with $2.9 million hopes.

The Bellevue Avenue property was once owned by the late American talk show host Don Lane.

The home comprises five bedrooms, two bathrooms and parking for four vehicles.

It also features grand entry with pivot door, resort-style outdoor zone, water feature and glass-fenced pool.

Surrounded by lefty outlooks, it is within close proximity to primary school, shops, cafes and bus links.

The property is being sold by Amanda Mifsud, CEO and director of window furnishings company Blind Inspiration.
