Australian DJ Will Sparks is selling Onyx, the luxury Paddington, Brisbane home he bought just last year.

He quietly snapped up the home for $2.35 million before it even it the market, just after it was completed by go-to home builder Graya Constructions to a design by Joe Adsett Architects.

But after settling on the home in September 2019, Sparks, with his girlfriend Brooke Clancy, was spending more time in his native Melbourne and the luxury home became a rental. He sought $2,200 a week.

Constructed with a nod to the traditional Queenslander form with its clean lines, the contemporary home on 405 sqm has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a temperature controlled wine cellar.

A rear terrace flows to the grassed lawn and a swimming pool and a rooftop deck has views across the city.

Ray White New Farm agent Matt Lancashire has the listing.

Sparks, who played around 300 shows a year pre-COVID, was named the number one Australian DJ in 2014.
