The Melbourne-based Dixon Hospitality Group has appointed Citi to look at its possible acquisition of the overburdened food and beverage group Keystone Group.

Dixon has only just signed off on its $31 million purchase of the Beer DeLuxe Group.

The Australian Financial Review says Dixon seeks to expand its portfolio ahead of a potential $300 million ASX listing next year.

Dixon Hospital Group was set up in 2012 by Bruce and Michael Dixon who now own 30 venues.

Keystone is up for sale via receiver Ferrier Hodgson.
