Title TattleNovember 7, 2018

The film and television director Rachel Perkins has listed her Bondi Beach Californian bungalow she shared with former partner, filmmaker Richard McGrath.

She was recently nominated in the small-screen category for an Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Award for her outback crime drama Mystery Road.

Having bought the house in 2010 for $1.5 million, and raised her son Arnhem there, Perkins has moved to Leichhardt.

She bought a free-standing house last year for $2.22 million.

Belle Property is seeking about $3 million ahead of the December 3 auction.

It comes with council-approved plans for an architecturally designed second storey with another bedroom and bathroom.
