Former BRW Rich Lister, developer James Rice, is now offering his Broadbeach Waters home at under $10 million.

The contemporary home, designed by architect Bayden Goddard, now has an asking price of $9.99 million.

The 2337-square-metre waterfront parcel, with a 28-metre river frontage, has been listed through Kollosche Prestige Agents’ Michael Kollosche.

He says the home was reminiscent of a six-star resort.

Following any sale, Rice, director of development firm Urban Construct, will live in Brisbane.

The property was previously listed at a more bullish $11.95 million.
