Departed Gold Coast Titan Bryce Cartwright lists Currumbin home for rent
Former Gold Coast Titan Bryce Cartwright, who was cut free from his $450,000 contract in September, has listed the Currumbin home he shares with wife Shanelle for rent.
The 2018 built Currumbin home, spans three levels and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Its is up for rent after it failed to sell.
The 25-year-old recently signed up with the Parramatta Eels for the 2021 season.
The home remains advertised for sale seeking offers over $1.095 million.
It is also for rent for $1200 a week with Harcourts Coastal Broadbeach.
The living spaces sit on the second level, with a kitchen, living and dining room as well as a study and a courtyard.
All four bedrooms sit on the top level, including the master suite which has floor to ceiling windows, its own balcony and ensuite.
The Cartwright's paid $1,295,000 in 2018, after Bryce left the Panthers for the Titans.
Cartwright's departure from the Titans had been rumoured for a number of months as he hadn't played for the Titans since round nine, leaving Queensland and moving back to Sydney with his wife and two kids.
"The owners are not testing the market and are motivated to achieve a quick sale", Harcourts Coastal agent Mitchell Lambert advised in the September marketing.
