Former Gold Coast Titan Bryce Cartwright, who was cut free from his $450,000 contract today, has listed the Currumbin home he shares with wife Shanelle.

"The owners are not testing the market and are motivated to achieve a quick sale", Harcourts Coastal agent Mitchell Lambert advised in the marketing.

The 2018 built Currumbin home, marketed as vacant, spans three levels and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The living spaces sit on the second level, with a kitchen, living and dining room as well as a study and a courtyard.

All four bedrooms sit on the top level, including the master suite which has floor to ceiling windows, its own balcony and ensuite.

The Cartwright's paid $1,295,000 in 2018, after Bryce left the Panthers for the Titans.

Cartwright's departure from the Titans had been rumoured for a number of months.

He hadn't played for the Titans since round nine, leaving Queensland and moving back to Sydney with his wife and two kids.
