Demand for Balwyn’s High School zone sees near sell out of Blossom townhouses in a week

BALWYN’s high school zone still remains in high demand with five of the seven luxurious townhouses, known as Blossom sold within the first week of launch.

There were over $10 million in sales with prices ranging from $1.59 million to $2.29 million.

Blossom comprises of seven luxurious townhouses designed with home cinemas, wine cellars and expansive backyards.

Chun Group general manager Michael Hermans said the buyers expect the highest of quality.

All featuring four bedrooms, Blossom come with a neutral colour palette and timber flooring. 




Its backyards were designed by leading studio Acre Landscaping Architects.
