Dean Parkinson, the founder of the Honeywagons fleet of makeup vans and his wife, Deborah, have sold their Tamarama home.

They secured $4.75 million pre-auction.

The Kenneth Street home had a $4.25 million guide ahead of its August 3 scheduled auction.

Set in the Tamarama horseshoe, halfway between Tamarama and Bondi Beach, the designer home features views of the coastline, cliffs, beach and rolling waves.

The home comprises master bedroom with large balcony, two additional bedrooms, living and dining area, Chef's gas kitchen and courtyard.

Other highlights include high barrel ceilings, intercome, and oversized garage with storage.

It's located within close proximity to cafes, restaurants, shops and transport.
