A five-bedroom, two-bathroom Clontarf hillside house has been sold for $2,765,000.

It sold through Cunninghams agents Mark Connor and Kylie Mousey earlier this month. 

The 11 Kanangra Crescent residence is set on a 726 sqm block.

It features an family home over two levels.

It offers harbour views from its alfresco dining areas and a pool. 

Cunningham Real Estate marketed the property's potential knock down.

The DA approved plans are for a 388 sqm residence with a pool. 

The property last sold for $2.48 million in 2017. 

According to Realestate.com.au, 45 other five-bedroom houses recently sold in Clontarf. 

Similar houses recently sold in the area include a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home on Alma Street which sold for $2.51 million in April and a five-bedroom, four-bathroom home on Moore Street which sold for $3.2 million in March.
