Bulldog Curtis Rona has listed his redundant Elderslie home for rent following his decision to change codes and head back to Perth.

The Kiwi ace spent $739,990 only earlier this year on the brand new home in the Macarthur region through estate agent Anil Agnihotri at Anz Real Estate Marayong.

Set on 519 square metres, the newly built family home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. LJ Hooker leasing agent Nicole Heron has it for lease at $650 a week from December, which reflects a 4.5% rental yield

The 24 year old, who's off to the Western Force, owns a one bedroom unit in East Perth that cost $399,000 when purchased in 2012.
