A resort style home on the Cronin Island in Surfers Paradise has hit the market.

It has been scheduled for auction on February 7 by Aydan Mullin from Savills Gold Coast.

Situated on the edge of Main River, the house at 35 Southern Cross Drive comes with multiple living areas downstairs, open plan kitchen, four bedrooms with views, and in-ground pool.

Other features include three-car basement parking, wine cellar, and purpose-built cinema.

It's just a short stroll to world class restaurants, shops, beaches and private schools.

Renowned as one of the most exclusive residential enclaves on Gold Coast, the elite Cronin Island only has 33 properties.

The suburb's median house price sits at $1.11 million, according to CoreLogic.
