More than 90 per cent of 118 apartments offered at the Crest complex in WOOLOOWARE Bay Town Centre in the Sutherland Shire were sold on Saturday.

Downsizers, young professionals and first-timers were prominent among the buyers.

Even the local NRL coach's family bought into the complex.

Prices range from about $615,000 for a one-bedroom with a single car park to $1.75 million, for a three-bedroom with two car spaces.
