It can be contrasted to the week end July 5 2015 where the strong national clearance rate over four weeks sat at 78.1% with 1,723 auctions in total.

The same time in 2014 the clearance rate was 68.9% from 1,442 auctions.

Sydney's Sutherland region held a clearance at 92.9% from 35 auctions with the Inner South West registering a clearance rate of 92.1% from 92 auctions.

 Notable clearance rates in Melbourne sub-regions were in the Outer East (93.8% from 43 auctions) at in the Inner East, with a clearance rate of 85.7% from 36 auctions.
