The retired Victorian racehorse trainers Fran Houlahan and her husband Brian Johnston have listed their Pakenham training headquarters on the outskirts of Melbourne.

There is an asking price of $1.89 million for their 26-hectare Cora Lynn property.

The property at 250 Murray Road is close to the new racecourse at Pakenham Club at Tynong North.

It has been listed by Ray Cullen of Ruralco Property who expects interest expected from within the racing industry, as well as from farm investors as it has also been used as a base for Mr Johnston's Waygu beef operation.
