Pellicano Group are celebrating reaching the completion milestone of their latest $55 million residential development, Alke

Situated in Victoria's south-eastern suburb of Oakleigh, the 83-apartment building features a famously-Melbourne red brick facade, with a central laneway which doubles as a resident communal courtyard.

Architecturally designed by SJB Architects, Alke offers timeless, modern design, with one and two-bedroom apartments competitively priced from $463,000. The development also includes a boutique collection of three-bedroom luxury homes starting at $965,000.

As a family business who have been operating since 1969, the development also holds some sentimental value, with the Pellicano family launching their very first project not far from the brand new Alke residences.

Pellicano Managing Director, Nando Pellicano, explains that interest in the development has remained strong throughout the year, and even more so now that the development is complete.

"All the residents our team have been speaking to are looking forward to their new lives at Alke – some were looking for something smaller with a move from the local family home, others were embarking on the first step of home ownership, while some were seeking a residential investment opportunity."

Settlement has now commenced, with several residents currently occupying their new homes.
