One of the biggest sales across Sydney at the weekend was a modern home at 25 Tripod Street, Concord, which sold for $4.21 million.

It was for $810,000 over the reserve.

The 25 Tripod Street, Concord home had five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The two-storey property features a pool and gym.

It was bought by a family living just two suburbs away in Sydney’s inner west.

Belle Property Strathfield agent Norman So said there were 14 registered bidders, with five of whom active after the opening bid of $3.4 million.
