Comedian Colin Lane sells in St Kilda

Comedian Colin Lane’s five-bedroom St Kilda home has sold through Marshall White agent Sally O’Connell.

The house sold after passing in at $2.325 million, with whispers $2.5 million plus was achieved.

The five-bedroom Federation, Kipling Mews had been Lane’s home since 1997.

Marshall White auctioneer Michael Paproth opened with a vendor bid of $2 million.

The Herald Sun said he described it as “the most tranquil, liveable home” he’d come across in years.
