Coco Republic’s Paul Spon-Smith has listed his $6.6 million Mosman home through the new agency Avnu.

Its long-time furniture retailer executive chairman and his wife, Dale, bought the 1970s-built house in 1995 for $1.25 million.

The home sits on a 1200 square metre waterfront reserve holding on Sirius Cove.

Its video marketing was fronted by Avnu’s recently departed celebrity sales agent Tom Williams.

The couple, who intend spending more time at Palm Beach, retained the brick house’s classic ’70s, original split-level floorplan.
