Coco Republic’s Paul Spon-Smith has spent $3.65 million at Palm Beach, prompting the listing of his $6.6 million Mosman home.
Just steps from Sandy Point beach, the Palm Beach purchase on Iluka Road’s dryside was through LJ Hooker agents David Edwards and Danielle Forde.
There’s a fresh white palette, with heated, polished concrete floors and lofty ceilings.
The classic contemporary beach house sits on level lawn with a pool amid tropical foliage on its 620 square metre holding.
Listed earlier this year with $3.8 million hopes, it last sold in 2011 for $2,825,000.
The long-time furniture retailer and executive chairman and his wife, Dale, bought their 1970s Mosman house in 1995 for $1.25 million.

The couple retained the brick house’s classic ’70s split-level floorplan.
