Cloudbreak at Sunshine Beach has been listed for $4.75 million.

Set at the hilltop at the northern end of the beach in Kiamba Court, Cloudbreak spans 650 sqm of internal space and features an impressive poolside terrace.

It last traded in 2013 when former deputy chairman of RM Williams Matt Cowley paid $4,125,000.

The smart phone controlled home has walls of glass doors that open to a number of terraces over its two levels.

The master suite, one of five bedrooms, occupies the top floor, with a walk in wardrobe and its own outdoor terrace.

It has been described as a modern day castle by Tom Offermann agent Jesse Stowers.

Cowley is moving to Sydney permanently having recently spent $5.33 million on a Mosman home.
