A classic sandstone Tudor style house at Kingswood has been sold for $1.29 million, making it Adelaide’s most expensive sale this weekend.

Located at 13 Halsbury Avenue, the four bedroom property is situated on the northern side of the road and has an 18 metre frontage to Halsbury Avenue.

Its traditional features have been preserved from high ornate ceilings to open fire places and traditional leadlight.

Like most Tudor style homes the formal sitting room is adjacent to the dining room and both have open fire places.

Other features includes an all weather tennis court, alfresco patio and courtside gazebo.

The property was offered through Cocks Auld Real Estate agent David Cocks.
