An architect-designed home in northern Sydney with Pittwater views has been sold.

It was listed by Noel Nicholson of Ray White Prestige Palm Beach with a price guide between $2.4 million and $2.5 million.

Nestled on a 765 square metre parcel, the home at 60 Wandeen Road, Clareville was designed by modernist architect Stan Symonds featuring a mix of concrete with glass.

 

It comprises four bedrooms, two living areas, open plan gas kitchen, front and rear terraces and a self-contained studio.

Other features include open plan design, double-height ceilings, hardwood floors and triple carport. 

It traded for $1.34 million in 2013 and $1.1 million in 2000.
