Clare Voitin, the wife of lawyer John Voitin, has listed their Deepdene home for sale.

Kay & Burton Hawthorn agents Rebecca Edwards and Daniel Bradd have a $2.95 million to $3.25 million guide.

The Terry Street home is solely owned by Clare, who paid $1 million in 2007.

Two years later the five bedroom home was constructed on the 735 sqm block with some $500,000 spent building the home and pool.

The home and his former office were raided last year by the Echo Taskforce, as part of an investigation into laundering and concealment by the Comanchero motorcycle gang.
