Author and speaker Christina Guidotti, who wrote How to Have it All, and husband Alberto have paid $2.45 million for a Fairlight apartment.

Offering 215 sqm of internal space and a 32 sqm wrap around balcony, the three bedroom late 1960s apartment occupies a prominent harbourfront position.

Adam Moore at Stone Realty Manly secured the sale.

It last sold at $300,000 in 1982.

Christina is the founder of Leading Women and speaks on success, belief, conviction and commitment.

Christine Rudolph of Ray White New Farm sold their family home at Auchenflower in Brisbane for $2.3 million to a Narrabri family.

She said the time was right to sell as her children were ready to fly the coop and she and husband Alberto would be empty nesters.
