Singer Christina Aguilera has sold her Sunset Strip, Los Angeles home for about $4.65 million.

The 1960s modern-style 604-square-metre post-and-beam house has a recording studio, screening room and walls of glass opening to a pool, a 12-person spa and a fireplace.

There are four bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Aguilera, who sits among the world's best-selling recording artists with sales of more than 50 million records, bought the property in 2003 for $5 million. The Los Angeles Times reported Drew Fenton and Justin Paul Huchel of Hilton & Hyland, Beverly Hills, were the listing agents and Peter Lavin of Links Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
