Chris Rex sells Bronte home in trade up
The former Ramsay Health Care chief Chris Rex has sold his Bronte home for $6,275,000. It had a buyers guide of $5.75 million.
The Yanko Avenue home (above and below) has been the long-time home of Chris and wife Lynette, having bought it for $985,000 in 1998.

Last year they sold their Bondi Beach penthouse that they bought it from the accountant Anthony Bell $7.35 million.
Set in The Bondi, the 395 sqm apartment with 150 sqm rooftop had been leased out at $3,750 a week.
